Morris - President and Chair Mr. Morris was also co-founder of the Indoor Air Quality University (IAQU). IAQU has trained and certified hundreds of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) contractors and home inspectors across the country on topics concerning indoor air quality. Indoor air quality (IAQ) is a major public health issue and the significant health impacts of this problem prompted Mr. Morris to found the Indoor Air Alliance (IAA). This non-profit organization is dedicated to education, advocacy, and the development of new protocols, technology, and methods related to indoor air quality. The IAA focuses on providing objective and consistent indoor air analyses of the homes of people with COPD, Alpha-1, asthma, and other upper respiratory illnesses. The analyses are important tools for their healthcare providers in development of a treatment program. Mr. Morris is a guest columnist for Everything Respiratory, a publication which provides information and resources to patients with COPD, Alpha-1, Asthma, and other upper respiratory illnesses. Mr. Morris is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). He is a Certified Mold Inspector, a Certified Mold Assessor (CMIA), and a member of the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA). Mr Morris is an EPA approved AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector and has been certified in Colorado. In addition to the IAQ training programs Mr. Morris has taught, he has also received many hours of IAQ related training himself. Glenn is married with two grown children. His passions include his wife and family, his dog, and his golf score!

Donna Detter - Business
Development Manager An interest in architecture and design led Donna back to school where she earned a degree in Interior Design and a certificate in Interior Architecture. While working for one of Denver's premier interior architectural firms, she earned her LEED accreditation in Commercial Interiors. Donna is passionate about healthy gourmet cooking and entertaining. Two book clubs, working out and riding her motorcycle help to fill her leisure time.
Blake Bradley - Environmental
Services Manager Blake's first career was
as a certified nurse assistant working in the
hospitals in the Denver metro area and surrounding
cities. Her
enjoyment in helping others lead her to disaster
follow-up and a career in restoration services
as a fire and water technician, content restoration
technician, structure technician, and lastly
a project manager responsible for the rebuilding
of residential and commercial buildings. Envergent Blake has earned the titles of EPA approved AHERA accredited Asbestos Inspector, certified lead inspector, certified mold inspector and assessor, and an air monitoring specialist responsible for asbestos abatement final air clearances. Blake loves the Colorado life style of camping, hiking, snowboarding, and any other outdoor play. She has hiked the Colorado Trail from the Chatfield reservoir to Breckenridge. Environmentally responsible, gardening is one of Blake's passions.
TJ Aubin - Energy
Efficiency Production Manager TJ's certifications include BPI energy auditor, NABCEP and LEED Green Associate. He is pursuing his LEED accreditation in Operations and Maintenance. TJ received his B.S. in Building Construction Management from Purdue University with a specialty in electrical construction. As the Commercial Efficiency Production Manager for Envergen's Energy Efficiency Division his responsibilities include evaluating buildings energy consumption, generating energy savings opportunities, helping businesses lower their energy bills, consulting on operations and maintenance plans, implementing improvement projects and lowering buildings carbon footprints. TJ is an avid traveler, spending time in 5 continents and 38 countries over the past 3 years. In addition, he enjoys, golf, running, tennis, skiing, reading history books and planning his next destination.
Allen P. Wilson - Energy
Coach Serving
in the United States Coast Guard, Allen was assigned
as a monitor to supervise Exxon Valdez clean up
operations in the waters surrounding Kodiak Island,
Alaska. After graduating from Missouri State University
with a degree in Geography, he trained as a Peace
Corps Volunteer in Bukavu, Zaire. Allen returned
to college to earn a second degree in Elementary
Education and taught on the Navajo Reservation
in Arizona. The next step on the education ladder
was a Masters in Multicultural and Bi-Lingual Education
at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Allen
has also been a part of the National Park Service
maintaining trails and rebuilding historic structures
in the Grand Canyon, a crew leader for the Student
Conservation Association, and a ski host at Mammoth
Mountain.
Richard R. Leichty - Energy
Coach Rich Leichty is married to his supportive wife Peggy for more than thirty wonderful years. They have four grown children: Margaret, Richard, Elizabeth and Anthony and six wonderful grandchildren: Schon , Julia, Hayden, Grant, Allura and Clara.
Bobby Torrez - Industrial
Hygienist Bobby is a master fire & smoke restorer, master textile cleaner, and has numerous certifications in the restoration and cleaning field (water, odor, health & safety, etc.) He has estimating and project manager experience. Bobby is an EPA approved AHERA asbestos building inspector certified in the state of Colorado, certified mold inspector and assessor (CMIA) lead inspector, and pursuing Radon, and Indoor air quality (IAQ). Bobby services clients in the southern Colorado area and will be establishing a new office in Colorado Springs.
Jan Lewis - Administrative
Services Manager As the Sales Manager for Continental Airlines Reservations in Denver Jan managed about 600 agents and handled outsourcing for the company throughout Denver and San Diego. After the office closed in September, 2001, Jan worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for the ITS Division of the Colorado Department of Transportation. She has held those same positions for THOR, Inc. and Polycom, Inc. Each, victims of the rocky economy, moved their operations out of state. Jan's interests include her grandchildren, gourmet cooking and gourmet cooking schools, travel and volunteering with the Volunteers of America and the mentor program with various school districts in the metro Denver area.
Allison Davis - Lead Dispatcher Born in Spokane, WA, the most recent twenty-two years have been in Colorado. Alli has eight siblings including six step-siblings and currently resides in Englewood with her husband Matt. Together they have an orange tabby named Pumpkin, a golden retriever named Bailey, and a betta fish named Malbec. Her husband takes great care of their 55-gallon freshwater fish tank while she tends large vegetable, grape and flower gardens in their yard. In addition to gardening, Alli's hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, walks outdoors, grilling and cooking. Recently she has taken up camping and plans to add snowboarding and mountain biking to this list. |
