Envergent and Environmental Testing Company Announce Merger

Denver, CO - October 25, 2010 - Envergent, an energy and environmental services company, and the Environmental Testing Company have announced the merger of their organizations. Established in 2008 and 2000, respectively, the two companies bring together more than 20 years of energy and environmental experience on more than 5,000 commercial and residential projects. The new company will operate under the Envergent brand and will be located at Envergent's Denver office.

The new organization will provide asbestos, lead, mold and other environmental assessments to a variety of mitigation firms, property owners and management companies. In addition, this new organization will support the indoor air quality assessments that are part of Envergent's 5-step Energy Coach™ program.

Glenn Morris founded after a career as a technologist working for Hewlett-Packard, Texas Instruments and as a consultant at NASA. His past experience includes groundwater modeling, air dispersion modeling and Indoor Air Quality . Envergent was a natural extension of this background.

Envergent's environmental services include asbestos testing, mold and flood assessment, lead testing, and indoor air quality. Envergent's environmental services clients include mitigation and reconstruction companies, property owners and managers. Envergent's Energy Coach™ program provides commercial buildings between 5,000 and 200,000 square feet with a 5-step process that begins with benchmarking the existing situation in the building and identifying "low cost, no cost" improvements that will result in immediate reductions in energy use. The next phases of the Energy Coach™ program provide extensive analyses of the impact of long term capital investments that will make significant contributions to the Net Operating Income.

Mr. Morris will continue as president of the merged company. Mr Ayres is the vice president of Environmental Services.
